Kathy Boockvar was pleased to help plan, organize, and participate as a panelist in the 4th annual PA Election Law and Policy continuing legal education (CLE) course, co-sponsored by the Pennsylvania Bar Association Committee for Civil and Equal Rights, PBA Disability Services Committee, and Pennsylvania Bar Institute! It was one of the most comprehensive election law programs they’ve offered yet, covering voting rights for voters with disabilities, campaign finance and disclosure, federal and state litigation and legislation, AI, disinformation, and threats against election officials and infrastructure. Their diverse panels included lawyers, former judges, and policy experts who have represented and advocated these issues on multiple sides. Many thanks to all who participated!
