The University of Delaware Biden Institute of Public Policy invited former Pennsylvania Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar to serve as an SNF Ithaca Initiative Fellow, and to visit with students and faculty at the Institute to discuss election integrity and a healthy democracy. Kathy and former Kentucky Secretary of State Trey Grayson were featured speakers at a Biden Institute Policy Dinner and shared insights about the importance of election security and citizen engagement.
